Now Easier!

Hey everyone!
flaminGO! has been out for about a week now. It's been great getting everyone's feedback and watching peoples' playthroughs! I think the game is more or less about how I envisioned it, but there were a couple common points of frustration that I've noticed, so I decided to make some quality of life changes to the game. The changes are as follows:
- Added a secondary light outline to the flamingos, toads and feathers. This is to make these elements stand out a bit more from the background.
- Reduced the height of the player flamingo's hurtbox by about 10%. This will make it easier to clear the sections with spiked ceilings. I noticed a lot of people had trouble pressing and releasing the jump button fast enough, but I didn't want to sacrifice the level of control the player had over their jump. This change makes the game easier without sacrificing the movement mechanics.
- Reduced the width of the player flamingo's hurtbox by about 20%. This will reduce the number of incidents where players die when their hurtbox touches a spike despite the flamingo character not visually contacting the spike.
- Added a 0.1 second Coyote Timer to jumps. Some of the longer jumps in the game are quite unforgiving. As a result, I saw many players attempting to jump at the last moment only to fall to their death. A Coyote Timer is an amount of time a player can jump after they've walked off a ledge. This change will make jumps more forgiving.
I hope these changes make the game more appealing and less frustrating without sacrificing the speedrun and skill-centric direction I had envisioned for the game. Looking forward to more feedback, and thank you to everyone who played the game!
